We have discovered that on the whole we have two kinds of clients:

those who fall in love with a completed property and those who want to stamp

their own signature on their dwelling. With this in mind we offer two different

types of properties : Key in Hand and Made to Measure.

Key in Hand

Key in Hand properties are just that. Completed to the highest spec they represent

5 star luxury in set within fine examples of Puglian architecture. All KIH properties

come complete with luxurious bathrooms and kitchens with every last fixture and

fitting having been given our greatest attention. These our the properties where

you have let us have free reign and in return we hope to offer you your ideal home.

Made to Measure

For a lot of our clients the thought of a Puglian canvas on which they can engrave

their ideas is the ideal way for them to create their home. MtM properties allow

you to choose from a selection of international designers and local artisans to help

you create unique enviroments.You can even change layouts or the function of rooms,

but we do draw the line at tampering with original features such as 18th century floor

tiles or stone fireplaces. Whilst more labour intensive for the client we have

discovered that the old truism ‘the more you put in the more you get out’ holds

true and we are always overjoyed when we hear past clients telling friends and

neighbours how they know every last nook and cranny of their new home.
